This bathroom originally had a large garden tub and a very small shower. This bathroom was a nightmare for those living with mobility issues. The shower is very unsafe, as the homeowners had to step over the threshold into the shower. The bathtub is dangerous as one has to sit and swing their legs over into the tub. Getting down and backup is also a major concern for those aging in place.
LiveWell ripped out the current shower and the bathtub. We installed a zero-entry shower with beautiful tile walls and floor. This shower features dual shower heads and grab bars for extra security. We also installed new tile floors outside the shower and kept the existing vanities.
