One of our most recent stairlift installations was for a family that recently decided to move the husband's sister in with them. The sister's health had begun to decline, and she needed a safer place to live as she planned to age in place.
That's when her younger brother and his family jumped into action and began brainstorming ways that they could provide a safe environment for her to live with them. They decided to turn the area above the garage into a gorgeous suite for her to live. The trouble with the space being above the garage is that it required her to use the stairs multiple times a day.
That's where we come into play! This family called LiveWell out to take a look at the stairs and provide an estimate. An agreement was signed, and a deposit paid that day. Although we had the stairlift in stock and could have installed it within a day or two, we had to wait for construction to wrap up before we could install it.
Now the suite is finished and the stairlift is installed and this family couldn't be happier with the new living situation and the much safer environment for their family member.
